GHANA KENTE

The Kente is one of the traditional textiles of Ghana in west Africa. The kente cloth is an Asante ceremonial cloth that is hand woven on a loom.it comes in various colours and designs.Kente cloth represents the history,culture, and religion of the Ghana people. The Kente used to be a royal and sacred cloth worn only in times of extreme importance by kings and royals. Over time, the use of the kente has become widespread and popular even outside Ghana, and is even used by designers within and outside Ghana. However its importance has still remained with the Ghana people.
