STEP BY STEP TIPS ON HOW TO FIX FALSIES

Here I my simple steps on how to fix false lashes,I hope u find them useful. First- you curl your natural lashes. This will help to keep the false lashes in place and blend with your natural lashes.

Secondly- apply your eye makeup as you would normally ,not forgetting to line your top lashes and apply mascara.

Thirdly -select the pair of strip false lashes that you want to wear,then measure the length of the false lashes compared to your eye, trim them to make sure they fit the shape and length of your eye.

Fourthly -Put some glue on the strip avoid putting too much or it will become a mess,make sure it is covering the outer and bottom edges so that when you put it on your lid it sticks.

Fifthly -Let the glue dry for 5 to 10 seconds ,then apply while the glue is still a bit wet. You could use your hand , a tweezer, or a clip to attach the false lashes to your eyes,apply them as close as possible to your lash line. Press the lash strip to the base of your lashes, hold for a few seconds. Also make sure there are no spaces between your lash line and the fake lashes, If you see any,you can fix the problem by filling in the gap with a black eyeliner to camouflage the gap . Lastly -Apply mascara, this step is optional but it helps blend both lashes together. Voila!!! there u have it full sexy lashes.

MEN ONLY II

We had ealier talked about some men do's and don'ts. Today I want to share some more I have observed recently and hope all men get to read this. The first is ,Do not over do the spandex - please guys as much as we love seeing those cute six packs and biceps,except you are going for the olympics don't overdo the spadex or fitted clothes. Guys there are several ways of wearing fitted clothes and still look great . When wearing a fitted shirt, make sure it is exactly your size, same with the tight jeans . Pants and trousers are all in vougue for men and it looks really good when you wear your right size. Another set of guys whom I feel should'nt do the tight top or pants are the extremely skinny guys,the pot bellied guys and the fat guys, no hard feelins dearie but i feel you should wear clothes that hide your flaws and not expose them.One way to know if you are looking good guys is to critically look at your self in a full mirror to access how you look,before stepping out of the house. Secondly, Not wearing deodorant- personally this turns me off, no matter how handsome or cute you are once you smell sweaty, the attraction is gone, please guys although you should not overdo the perfumes ,u still need to wear your deodorant ,cologne and anti pespirant always and everyday. thirdly, I dont get why a man should pluck his brows at all.Over pucking the brows,even for ladies is not fashion acceptable, but for the men who over pluck their brows!I still wonder. Guys please just like I always advice the ladies always go to a professional to wax your brows for you, you can read my earlier post of brows. Fourthly, Overdoing the blings- It is said that diamonds are a ladies best friends, men why then have u decided to outshine the ladies?I honestly get your point ladies have taken over your closet, all in the name of men's wear abi? Please guys honestly from my heart, you know i would always tell you the plain truth, it just is'nt cool wen a guy is all sparkly and blingy. The fifth advice am going to give to the guys is, try to be yourself,every woman loves a man that takes charge, this includes his looks ,his personality, his dressence and even his appearance. so guys till some other time love you guys.

ITS ALL ABOUT VOLUPTUOUS LIPS

The lips is the first thing one gets to see on your face,and your lips if well taken care of could enhance your features. your should know and study your skin tone and what colors work for you.For instance for a color like red, you have to understand what shade matches your skin tone.When buying a lipstick,hold it up to your face and look at the mirror and see how it suits your skin .If you feel uncomfortable when your wear a particular lip color or you dont understand your skin tone and not sure which colors suit your tone ,then stay away from from odd colours,find a shade that closely resembles your natural lip colour or a shade darker.Just like we exfoliate our faces weekly,we should also exfoliate our lips at least once a week.When using a lipliner ensure it is similar to the shade of the lipstick you want to wear, avoid using black pencils,except you want to be arrested by the fashion police,gone are the days when we used to go about with funny black lips. lipliners are very good because they stop our lipsticks from bleeding and could even be used alone.Lip glosses should be in every lady's bag even if you are not wearing lipsticks, there are colored lipglosses and transparent lipglosses,always buy lipglosses that contain aloe vera and vitamin E .Make sure you are never caught without your lip gloss or lip stick on.

THE MONO STRAP AND DIFFERENT SLEEVES CRAZE

I still clearly remember as a little child seeing my mum's dresses with only one sleeves and i would wonder in my little mind what happened to the other sleeve. little did i know that the monostrap craze will return in my adult years and i would catch the trendy bug. ladies the monostrap trend was hot last season,is hot this season and is going to be hot next season,the monostrap is here to stay for a very long time. The monostrap is a must have in every fashionister's closet,it stands you out in any occation,be it a wedding,a red carpet even or even an evening date. Monostraps should always be worn with simple elegant assessories.The rule for the mono strap is always less is more.the monostrap comes in almost every fabric,from the ankara,silk,damsak,prints etc .Then comes the different sleeves trend, which is fast hitting the red carpets too,if you dont have it in your closet or worst still you dont know about it,then you need to upgrade your dressence, the diff.sleeve is the creation of some genius designer who i need to give a big hug,and just like the monostrap, the diff. strap is best worn with simple classy jewelry.Just like the monostrap the diff. sleeves comes in almost any fabric.

SKIRTING WITH FUN

Skirts are every womans must have,it is something that can be dressed up or dressed down. skirts make you chic,beautiful,sexy,elegant but you can only feel this way if you wear them right. The pencil skirts are better worn on or above the knee,making sure its not too short,i personally believe that when a skirt is too short it not only makes you slotty but cheap and indecent.The pencil skirt could be dressed up to the office and dressed down to suit a casual event. the black pencil skirt just like the LBD ,can be worn with any color combination and comes in handy when u have run of outfits. The flowy skirts are now hot in trend but should also be worn rightly.When wearing flowy skirts,wear a simple fitted top,like a camisole,a tank top or even a sleeveless shirt,it helps balance the out fit. Flowy skirts could be long ,midlenght or short.When wearing them to office ,it is better it is worn with a jacket and very understated assessories to down play the skirt.Flowy skirts go well with bold assessories ,heels or wedge sandals or slippers.

RED LIPS

The red lips is a trend that will never phase out. U can get the perfect red lips today, just follow these steps- 1. Apply a lip base this could be a primer or a concealer, it makes the lipstick last longer.2.line your lips to avoid bleeding of the lip stick.3. Apply the lipstick preferable with your finger tips or lip brush, but never directly from the stick. 4.blend your lips properly. 5. Apply your lip gloss preferably a nuetral colour.

AVOCADO

Good morning y'll  have u tried using the avocado mask !!!!

You will need the following to make an avocado mask -One egg yolk

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 avocado, peeled and mashed

mix all ingredients ,beat with a fork until you have a thin lotion consistency. Apply to face, leave for about 5minutes and rinse off with a wet face towel dipped in warm water. Avocado fruit is one among the exotic fruits and it offers numerous nutritional benefits. We all know about its nutritional benefits. While avocado is a great fruit for packing some nutrition in the body, it is also an excellent choice for enhancing the health of the skin. Avocado is a facial moisturiser , homemade avocado face mask for acne is believed to be an ideal remedy. So my dear stop using all those expensives chemicals on your face, go to the grocery store and buy and avocado today. Have a blessed day!

MEN'S WEAR TREND

The men's wear inspired trend is so hot this fashion season, from the hats,to the shirts etc. Honestly if u havent caught the men's wear bug you have been left behind.WRIST WATCHES-gone are the days when ladies used to wear slim wrist watches,now ladies watches are bigger and bolder.BELTS- ladies are now seen wearing men belts ,mens belts are really cool when worn with jeans,trousers and at times even pencil skirts.BF SHOES- the BF SHOES are silently over throwing the balerina flats,they are comfy and could be worn with almost everything.WAIST COATS- waist coats have now been taken over by the ladies,waist coats dress up any outfit if worn properly. BOW TIES AND SLIM TIES- Anyone who knows me will know these are definately my craze,i love the bow or slim ties cos it not only makes a lady look smart but also very chic.HATS- from the papas cap, the the cowboy hats etc ladies are now rocking hats to almost every occasion,churches,parties,red carpets,etc if you had read my earlier post on HATS you will learn that hats are a must have for every lady,it is really classy and comes very handy on a bad hair day.BF JEANS- these jeans have been there for a long time.The bf jeans suits every body type.SHIRTS- Ladies have left the soft feminine blouses and would rather wear the shirts. shirts could be rocked with a tie,a jacket,a waist coat,or simply buttoned and tucked inside a pair of trousers or pencil skirts with a really cool belt.MEN'S WEAR INSPIRED ASSESORIES- Alot of ladies assesories are now menwear inspired likr earrings,necklaces and even wrist watches like i had earlier mentioned and could be worn with the men's wear attire.Most designers have a way of making menswear inspired outfits and assesories for the ladies and still making it feminine it could be the colors,shapes ,cuts and even sizes.

MY BASIC MAKEUP TIPS FOR YOU.

Here are some simples steps to applying makeup you can follow everyday, it is simple and easy. first clean face with a face wipe even if you have just had a shower,i still advice you use a face wipe to clean your face ,this helps remove oil and makeup deposits on the face and also unclogs pores.secondly,you apply your moisturiser, even for oily skin this step should never be skipped,if you have very oily skin get a matte miosturiser for your face.thirdly apply your makeup base,this are called serveral names like oil mattifier,face primer,etc.the makeup base helps to hold your foundation and makeup together for long period of time,it also helps set the entire makeup.fourtly you apply very lightly your foundation , you might choose not to apply it all over the face or only on problem areas of the face,you might also choose to totally skip applying your foundation in such a situation use a loose or cake powder instead.Foundations are applied with sponges or foundation brushes. when applying foundation remember to blend it into your hair line and your neck,and also always make sure you foundation suits your skin tone and colour.Then you fill your eyebrows,you may choose to use an eyebrow filler or and eyebrow pencil choose the shade that blends perfectly with your hair and eyes.Then you line your eyes with any eyeliner of your choice ,the eyeliner pops and wakes up the eyes, then your mascara,masacara makes the eye lashes look longer and fuller.Then your lipstick or lip glosses i adivce you line your lips always before wearing your lipstick,or lipglosses.and lastly your blush .And there u have a beautiful U.
