neat hands and feet

 major turnoff for a lot of men and women are unkept hands and feet. Some of us have this nasty habit of biting their finger nails, it not only gives them the look of a timid person, it also makes their nails look very stunted(so gross). I naturally don't have long nails but I make sure they look presentable, and I often get compliments of having "very cute hands and feet". A monthly pedicure and manicure will do. Hey! you could actually do it yourself at home and I tell u it is very soothing and relaxing . You will need a good manicure/pedicure set a bowl of warm water,moisturising bath gel, and a moisturising cream. Another bad habit we ladies have is leaving our nail polish to peel half way. So gross! If we must apply nail polish,let us be tidy about it or please ladies leave your nails without nail polish. Also for ladies that put on artificial nails once a nail comes of go and get it all removed or redone. Have a blessed day.
